19-20 березня 2012 року кафедра фінансів вперше проводитиме змагання «Управлінські поєдинки від кафедри фінансів» серед студентів 4-5 курсів економічного факультету Національного університету "Києво-Могилянська академія"

Метою заходу є визначення найбільш талановитих студентів та залучення їх до роботи в провідні фінансові установи України, систематизація знань в галузі фінансів, менеджменту і маркетингу, освоєння практичних навичок проведення ділових переговорів.

Journal "Scientific Papers NaUKMA. Economics" is covered by science journal metrix. Since 2016 the information about the journal and all papers will be presented in Index Copernicus. Page of the journal in this base is available here.

Hence, the journal "Scientific Papers NaUKMA. Economics" is not only scientific professional editions of Ukraine, in which the results of dissertations for academic degrees of doctor and candidate can be published, but also included into scientific journal metrix. It is also important to mention, that starting from 2016, the journal’s materials are in Research.Bible.

Candidate thesis defence

On May 30, 2016, Oleksandr Faryna has defended the thesis “Dynamic Models of the Financial System Stability in Ukraine”.

Specialized Scientific Council Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko awarded Oleksandr Faryna a degree in economics (candidate of economic sciences).

Conference Participation

Oksana Nezhyvenko (assistant at the Finance Department) presented her investigation "Why the Wages in Transition Countries Differ" at the Marie Curie International Conference "Shadow Economies and Undeclared Work in Europe" which was held in September 2-4 in Sofia, Bulgaria
Department of Finance always support scientific activities of teachers and students and wish success in further research.

Conference materials are published

On 23 May, the Finance Department welcomed students and PhD who took part in the International Conference "Economic Development under the Macroeconomic Instability: world and Ukrainian practice". The conference materials were published so each young researcher can share his or her findings with collegues. Finance Department congratulates all participants and wishes them further achievements in scientific career.
