Guest lecture by Gregory Perelman

Gregory Perelman, head of the analytical department of the strategic business initiatives of the Wells Fargo Bank, gave a guest lecture to the students of the Finance Department. The lecture was the last in the on-line course "Financial Institutions" that Gregory taught to the Master students.

International taxation course from PwC

Department of Finance NaUKMA maintains the educational concept of the fundamental economic knowledge combination with modern aspects of the practical financial activity. Particularly, during several years to the Master program students the "International Taxation" course is taught by leading specialists of the PwC. In this course students gain theoretical knowledge of the modern taxation principles, receive information about tax evasion and avoidance schemes, learn to distinguish between legal tax burden decrease and fraud, and receive unique chance to be noticed and employed by one of the most prestigious international companies.

Guest lecture PwC

Partner of the PwC company Camiel van der Meij visited NaUKMA with lecture in scopes of the "International Taxation" course. He told about the principles of the audit companies work, opportunities of the personal professional growth in such companies, and main requirements for candidates which are high quality education, knowledge of several languages, readiness to work and study.

Department graduate developed a successful educational project

Department of Finance graduate Artem Zavialov (2011) developed a successful educational project Highbrow.

Ukrainian educational startup Highbrow received 150 thousands USD. Project of the educational e-mail messages Highbrow received 150 thousands USD for the 15 % of the Ukrainian enterpreneur company shares.
