The goal of the course “Finances” is for the student to acquire theoretical bases of financial relations, which occur at different levels of economic system between state, legal entities and individuals. The knowledge of theoretical bases of financial relations is the ground on which other financial disciplines, which explain concrete issues on organisation of finances at different levels of financial system, are based . During the course we primary focus on issues of the economic nature and essence of finances, observation of the main spheres and levels of financial systems, studying of the main trends of financial policy and science, investigation of financial mechanism, review of enterprises finance functioning, tax system, budget system, financial market and international relations.
