University of Bergen
The joint project of the Finance Department and
Bergen University (Norway) continues for 5 years. During this period more than 50 students had a possibility to study for a semester of even year in Norway. In Fall semester 2017 11 more students of the bachelor program in "Finance, Banking and Insurance" started this incredible journey. Studying abroad is a great opportunity that gives chanse to improve the foreign language knowledge, experience the highest level of European education, broaden the mind. And cooperation of the Finance Department with University of Bergen allows for both study of the modern economic analysis and modelling techniues and exciting trip to one of the most developed and beautiful countries in Europe - Norway.
It is prleasure to notice that over these years, cooperation with the University of Bergen has only intensified, new partners are involved, in particular the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and representatives of the National Bank of Ukraine. And since September 1, 2017, the project manager at the University of Bergen, a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School, Professor David Wheat officially joined the department staff.
